At Johnson Home Builders, we make it our goal to not only create the home of your dreams, but to make the process itself a pleasant experience. We keep the lines of communication open and pride ourselves in our ability to keep long-standing relationships with our home owners. So, let's get started!
Have a Seat
At our initial meet and greet we want to get to know you, your lifestyle, goals, and dreams. This one-on-one, as well as subsequent chats, helps us develop the groundwork of your project and your home building experience.
Images speak volumes. That is why we apply an iterative approach during the drawing & design process. We are in constant communication with you regarding the details and materials that will go into your home to ensure your satisfaction.
Now that design is complete, we begin the bidding process and make refinements when necessary to make sure we stay within your desired budget. Our diligence ultimately means peace of mind for you. Once we can compare apples to apples, a contract seals the deal and the fun begins.
This is when things get exciting for you AND us. We break ground and the building endeavor commences. Your dream and our design start taking shape. Throughout this entire process we encourage our homeowners to do periodic walkthroughs to both savor the experience as well as get a better understanding of the inner workings of your home.
The day you have been waiting for has arrived! The garage has patiently waited for you to claim your spot and the kitchen is ready for a celebration. Walk in and take the long-awaited deep breath in your new JHB custom home.
Out of Site, NOT Out of Mind
Your relationship with Johnson Home Builders does not end when the keys are in your hands. This is just the beginning of a long standing friendship as we believe in taking care of our homeowners even after your project is complete. We stand by our builder warranty and take pride in calling many of our previous customers, friends.
